By accessing our website and using NOX Discord bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

NOX is a Discord bot providing AI-powered chat, moderation, and server management features. You agree to:

• Use the bot in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service
• Not use the bot for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the bot's code or systems
• Not abuse or overload our API or services through automated means
• Maintain the security of your Discord server and account credentials

We offer premium subscription services processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing Cycles: Monthly and Yearly premium subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless cancelled. The Trial plan is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
• Currency & Pricing: Payments are currently charged in INR only, handled securely via Razorpay. International currency support may be added in the future.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the bot configuration dashboard (/config). After cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of your paid billing period, after which it expires.
• Automatic Renewal: Recurring payments will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal cycle. Ensure your payment information is up to date to prevent service interruptions.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, code, and all related materials, are and will remain the exclusive property of VIBHAS DUTTA and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, Discord server bans, or issues caused by Discord platform changes
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Abuse of the Service or violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
• Excessive use that impacts service performance for other users
• Upon termination, your premium features will be immediately disabled

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace any of the following documents at any time at our sole discretion. This section applies to all of them equally:

• Posting the updated document on its page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Announcing changes solely in our official Discord support server — this is the only channel we use for policy update notices, across every document listed below
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated document(s)
